HB 143 will repeal the new law which allows members of snowmobile clubs to
pay lower registration fees then those who decide not to join a club. The new law ensures that all snowmobilers pay their fair share. The direct benefits of the new law have been increased club membership, and increased volunteers to improve trail maintenance.
